A Horizontal Band Sealing Machine is a continuous sealing device used for sealing pre-filled plastic or laminated pouches in a horizontal position. It’s commonly used for powders, granules, small hardware, snacks, seeds, and dry goods where the contents must remain stable during sealing.

What It Is:

A Manual Induction Sealing Machine is a compact, hand-operated device used to seal the aluminum foil liner of caps onto plastic or glass bottles using electromagnetic induction heat. It’s ideal for small-scale production, laboratories, pharmacies, or startups that need tamper-evident, leak-proof sealing.

What It Is:

This machine uses electromagnetic induction to heat the foil liner in the cap, melting the layer that bonds the foil to the container mouth—creating an airtight and secure seal.
